The house is next to
the sea in a quiet location away from main roads.
The courtyard is over 1000 m2 with lots of greenery and flowers and
for the children were placed swings and outdoor shower. Barbecue and
parking are located in the yard.
The beach is pebbly with sandy bottoms in the sea. The entrance to
the sea is gradual and very convenient for families with children.
The house has 9 apartments. All apartments have a sea view and a
balcony.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Apartment 4+1
Apartment no. 2, 5, 6 and 9 each have 47 m2 + 2 balconies. Each
apartment has 2 bedrooms + extra bed in the kitchen. Apartments: A2,
A5, A6, A7 and A9 have air conditioning.
Apartment 4/1
Apartment no. 7, 8 and 12 each have 37 m2 + terrace 10 m2. Each
apartment has 2 bedrooms.
Apartment 2+2
Apartments no. 3 and 4 each have 37 m2 + terrace 10 m2. Each
apartment has 1 bedroom + 2 extra beds in the kitchen.
Apartments 2, 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor. Apartment 2
has a 20 m2 large terrace from which steps out into the garden.
Apartments 5, 6, 7 and 8 are located on the first floor and
apartments 9 and 12 are on the second floor.
All apartments have fans except A2, A5, A6, A7 and A9 which have air
conditioning.

If you want to step away
from civilization and enjoy the untouched nature, crystal clear water,
look at the beautiful island of Pag and Velebit then do not miss the
following:
At the west end of Vrsi begins a 2-kilometer-long pine forest,
completely uninhabited and ideal place for naturists and lovers of
solitude. The entrance to the sea is rocky, but a few meters from the
shore there is a sandy bottom.
If you go from the Vrsi to the isle of Zečevo on a small narrow dirt
road you will reach one of the most beautiful sandy cove called Ričine.
It is deserted, natural sand beach in the form of an arch.
Near the bay Ričine in the direction towards the isle of Zečevo, you
will find some beautiful small coves, surrounded by rocks and the
gravel-sand bottom.

Destination Vrsi
The village has a
pharmacy, newsagent, patisserie and several restaurants, cafes and
shops.
On the pier there are fish dinners and parties with beautiful music and
a variety of games and events for children and adolescents.
On the beach you can rent canoes, pedal boats, boats, jetski scooters
and almost all water equipment.
To the sporty guests sporty we suggest a visit the equestrian center and
the famous go-kart track.

Vrsi and the
surroundings - what more visit - to see - to know?
Donkey farm, Poljica 10 km from Nin. Visitors to the donkey farm,
especially the children's ages will delight tour and riding on a donkey.
Surfmania Center - Nin - Queen's Beach is a paradise in the sand and the
sea where you will find professional courses in windsurfing, and
kitesurfing school after which this exciting sport will be no longer
unknown for you. Along with surf and kite equipment, center has kayaks
with which the group can go on kayaking trips to nearby islands.
Equestrian center "Libertas", Zaton Holiday Resort, along the
recreational riding, center offers organized tours of field riding for
beginners and advanced riders, riding courses, pony horses for children
of kindergarten and school age and recreational horseback riding for
therapeutic purposes for children and people with disabilities and many
other activities related to horses. Special attractions are the mini
pony horses that can ride even the infants with expert guidance, and the
cab ride by tourist resort Zaton and the town of Nin.
Bicycle path - discover the beauty of Nin region by driving or walking
trails around the 112 km long.
Beaches
Queen's Beach and the beach Ždrijac. Sandy beaches are ideal places for
families with small children. In the vicinity of the Queen's beach is a
site of healing mud (peloid), which are used for medicinal purposes
since Roman times.

Vrsi is a fishing town
located on peninsula, surrounded by the gulfs of Nin and
Ljubački and in immediate vicinity of tourist place of Zaton
and historical town of Nin. It is located 23 kilometers
northwest from Zadar. Tourist place of typical Mediterranean
vegetation and preserved natural beauty is ideal tourist
destination for admirers of untouched nature, beautiful
natural beaches and calm ambient. The shore in Vrsi is 23
kilometers long, rich with sand beaches, natural rock
beaches, hidden coves and creeks. It is famous for medicinal
mud whose medical attributes are verified by global medicine
experts.
Besides cultural and historical sights from 11th century St.
Jacob’s church and local church, in Vrsi there are also post
office, ambulance with regular medical service, shops, bars
and restaurants. For fans of history and archeology, 5
kilometers away from Vrsi there is town of Nin, one of the
oldest towns in Croatia.
The place has a regular bus lines to Zadar. The nearest
airport is Zadar-Zemunik and nearest ferry dock and railroad
station are both located in Zadar. Through Zagreb and Zadar
bus stations, Vrsi is connected with all bigger European
cities.
Beaches:
Thanks to its location, Vrsi abounds with diversity of
beaches. Inside 3 square kilometers there are several
attractive beaches: sand beach of Jasenovo, unique fine
pebble beach of Duboka Draga, sand beach (with small amount
of pebble) of St. Jacob and plenty of other smaller beaches.
Indented into deep bay, this place due to its protected
position has few degrees warmer sea water than other
surrounding places.
Fragrant pine forest provide both comfortable shade during
warm summer months and enjoyment of calm beach walks from
where you can see one the most beautiful sunsets on Adriatic
region.
Accommodation and activities offer:
Vrsi is 9 kilometers away from famous tourist complex of
Zaton. The majority of accommodation units are located by
sea, in regions of Mulo and Zukve. In the center of Vrsi
there is also accommodation with quality in form of private
rooms and “three star” apartments. Gastronomic specialties
of Dalmatian-Mediterranean cuisine with excellent domestic
wine industry are making tourist offer richer. For those who
are looking for entertainment there is one of the most
