services in property buying or selling and it ensures all businesses
related to representation and control of complete ownership
documentation (ownership letter, land – registry statement, location
licence, construction licence, main project etc.).
The real – estate agency on the property market provides partner

1. We offer to the owners of the property who would like to sell
their real – estate a contract on represetation, which obligates us
to manage the whole selling process, all the way to the ownership
transfer in the land register.
2. We offer to the buyers of the property a contract on
representation, which obligates us to look for a property according
to buyer's demand, and to manage the complete legal procedure of:
concluding the pre – contract, concluding the contract, ownership
entry in the land register, checking – out the former owner and
signing in the new electricity, water and utuilities consumer. After
certification of the contract at the notary, we make documents for
registration of the tax on the property transactions and property
registration in the land register for issuing the ownership letter.
3. The agency manages the Bbying and selling of the real – estate on
the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
4. We offer direct communication on Czech, English and German to the
foreign citizens, future buyers of the property in Croatia. Along
the above mentioned businesses, we offer implementation of the
procedure by the Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Croatia due
achieving the status of a legal owner – the basis for registration
of the ownership of a foreign citizen in his name.
5. We collaborate with many real – estate agencies in Croatia,
therefore we have representatives in many towns.
6. We want to emphasize that, no matter if in one property purchase
or selling more than one agency is managing the business, the
commission stays the same and it is 2 - 4 % + VAT for each property
sold.
7. Because the representation demands a lot of working hours and
certain costs, to the clients who decide to buy property before
departure to Croatia to examine the properties, we send an invoice
including travel expenses and expenses of the examination of the
property to make sure the client is interested in purchase of the
property.
