	Trogir is located in the center of Dalmatia, on the eastern Adriatic coast. The core of Trogir is situated on a small island located between inland hills and the island of Čiovo. Trogir is a small town of 12 000 inhabitants and it is a center of Trogir's micro – region that is 250 km2 large. Trogir riviera is made of 20 islands, islets and Seget, Marina and Okrug community. Trogir is connected with many European cities through organized airways. The Airport of Split is only 3 km away from Trogir. If you would like to come to Trogir by boat, privately arranged or organized, there is a direct line with Italian coastal towns (Ancona, Pescara, Bari or Venice). If you are comming with your own boat, you should visit your nautical office to get new information on marinas and ports, and book a place in a marina in Trogir's area.

Directly near villa there is a swimming pool equipped with a hydromassage intended to be used by villa's guests only. Within the object there is a caffe bar with a beautiful terrace and a pool – sight, and the beverages are served near the pool, too.

The beach in front of the villa is really attractive, sandy beach with all associated contents as sailing, water – skiing, parachuting, boating, chance for rent-a-scooter, cafe's and restaurants. Also, on the island of Čiovo there are several of peaceful beaches only 5 min ride away from the villa.

It consists of 12 comfortable apartments: eight apartments with two beds and four apartments with four beds. All apartments have kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, bedroom and a terrace with a beautiful sea – sight. There are secured parking places for all villa's guests.

The villa is around 50 m away from the beach. It consists of 12 comfortable apartments: eight apartments with two beds and four apartments with four beds. All apartments have kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, bedroom and a terrace with a beautiful sea – sight. There are secured parking places for all villa's guests.
