Apartments are located 100 m away from the sea and the beach, in a peaceful part of the town, without big crowd and traffic. The main beach called "Children paradise" is located 300 m away from the house. Restaurants, stores and post - office are located 400 m away from the house. There is enough parking space for all guest of the house.

Price list:
Accommodation fee costs 7 HRK/daily for adults. For children aged between 12 and 18 it costs 3.50 HRK, and children undre 12 years old don't pay accommodation fee.

Sukosan is a small attractive town located in a bay, 11 km South - East from the Zadar. Long coast - line and many intimate bays, sandy beaches and clean sea bordered with islands that consisits of the Nacional park Kornati, are suitable for family vacation.
Quality private accommodation and comfortable camps contribute to the Sukoisan's image of a touristical town.
It is the town of wine - yards, olive groves, rich vegetation and hospitable hosts, and it offers large number o activities or a pleasant vacation.
A lot of old architecture and fortification wall are well saved.
In the harbour, from the sea are visible ruins of the Zadar's archbishops' villas.
