There is a town beach (sand and pebbles). From that beach you can go by a boat to a peninsula, 5 minutes away, where you can find rocky beaches and FKK. Lopar is located 15 minutes of car - driving, and there is a large sandy beach great for little children.

Apartment 1/4 (4+1) is large50 m2, and it is located on the ground floor of the house, it has large garden terrace with a grill that is used only for this apartment. Apartment has two bedrooms, and each room has its own bathroom. In one room there is an armchair, that can be used as bed for the fith person.
Possibility (4+2): one little room next to this apartment can be used for the sixth person.
Apartment has a kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and everything else needed for cooking.
Apartment is on the ground floor of the house and it has no air - condition, because it is not necessary, there is always mostly chilly, thanks to its location.

Apartment (2+1) is large 33 m2, it is located on the first floor of the house and it has a separate entrance. It is built for two people. It is a studio apartment that has large bed for two and a couch that is located in the same room (for a child under 10 years old). It has a kitchen, bathroom and a terrace.
Studio apartment has small kitchen showed on the photo. It is so called mini - kitchen that has no oven (only cooking panel), and it has all the rest. This apartment has an air - condition.

Rab: Palit
The island of Rab is one of the
Kvarner's islands, 93 km2 big. Year avarage of 2500 sunny
hours makes it one of the sunniest islands in the whole
Europe. North - East side of the island has fewer vegetation
because of the specific climate conditions, but the rest of
the island has rich vegetation. The island of Rab is one of
the favorite touristical places for its lush vegatation and
beautiful beaches.
The main center ofthe island is historical town of Rab,
located on the foot of the Kamenjak mountain. Many narrow
streets make this town an interesting place for walk.
The town of Palit is located direclty next to the city of Rab, located in the St. Eufemija' s Bay, across the Frkanj peninsula. This peninsula is wooded, rich in wild nature, with many small bays, where is located well - known nudist beach called Kandalora. The town of Palit with its new business center is one of the newest settlements on the island. It has many beautiful apartments and restaurants.
